Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@redurva.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide after your request is approved. A flat $8.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized or special-order items), and personal-care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging—and include proof of purchase. Return shipping fees still apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
